HOW TO GET ADMINISTRATOR ACCESS FROM A NON ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT

Instructions In Windows 7/Vista
1 Click "Start" in the bottom-left corner.
2 Click "Control Panel" and open "User Accounts and Family Safety."
3 Click "User Account" and then select "Manage Another Account" to display a list of icons for all user accounts on the computer.
4 Read the brief description under each account icon. The administrator account is indicated with the word "Administrator." If the description also says "Password protected" you need a password to log in to that account.
5 Press simultaneously "Ctrl-Alt-Del" on your keyboard and click "Switch User."
6 Click on the administrator user icon (see Step 4) and then type password (if required) to access this account.
