In Windows 7/Vista

Click "Start" in the bottom-left corner.

Click "Control Panel" and open "User Accounts and Family Safety."

Click "User Account" and then select "Manage Another Account" to display a list of icons for all user accounts on the computer.

Read the brief description under each account icon. The administrator account is indicated with the word "Administrator." If the description also says "Password protected" you need a password to log in to that account.

Press simultaneously "Ctrl-Alt-Del" on your keyboard and click "Switch User."

Click on the administrator user icon (see Step 4) and then type password (if required) to access this account.
